Perry Family Farm Accommodation
Our newly designed and constructed accommodation is relaxing and comforting. Cook your locally purchased foods in your own fully equipped kitchen. Entertain friends inside or outside on the deck with views over rolling countryside, distant mountains and the roaming farm animals.
The apartment has one queen bedroom with a private bath. There is a second queen room available, separate from the apartment but sharing the patio courtyard. This room also has its own private bathroom.
We are located centrally in the green mountain state. Local to the state capitol, Montpelier and several ski areas including Sugarbush and Mad River Glen. There are plenty of excellent restaurants in the area, many of which serve locally grown food.
Rates: $110 per night for the apartment with one queen bedroom
(apartment single night surcharge $20)
$90 per night for the second queen bedroom - room only.
10% discount for bookings of 7 nights or longer. 9% VT TAX will be added to the total.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund if canceled three weeks prior to the start of your visit. Otherwise a refund of the deposit is issued only if we can re-book the room.
